Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Real Estate Photography ("we", "us") collects through digitall.media and in the course of our work, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact or booking form, email or call us, we receive what you provide: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the property address and any details about the shoot.
- Property access details. Lockbox codes, gate codes or showing instructions you give us so we can photograph a property. We use them only for that shoot.
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. See our Cookie policy.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, quote, schedule, shoot, deliver and invoice your order.
- To send service messages about your order.
- To send occasional business emails to real estate professionals about our services. Every such email lets you opt out, and we honor opt-outs.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need: our web host, email provider, virtual tour and delivery platforms, and payment processors. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Photographs of properties
We photograph properties, not people. If personal items or people appear in a frame, we try to remove or avoid them, and you can ask us to edit an image before it is published.
How long we keep it
We keep client and order records for as long as we work together and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to info@digitall.media and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam, and access to client records is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers by email or through the website form.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and property owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
