Common questions.

How far ahead should I book?

Most listings are shot within one to three days of the request. Same-day is often possible if the morning is open — call rather than email if the showing is tomorrow.

What do you need from me?

The address, the approximate square footage, access details and the date you want it shot. Everything else we work out on site.

What if the weather turns?

Exteriors and drone work get rescheduled at no charge. Interiors are shot with controlled lighting, so grey days are not a problem.

When do I get the photos?

24 to 48 hours after the shoot, in both MLS and full resolution.
