A standard photo shoot includes full interior and exterior coverage using HDR photography and wide-angle lenses. You’ll receive professionally edited images in both high-resolution (for print materials) and web-optimized formats (for MLS and online use). On average, we deliver 20–35 polished images per property, depending on size.

Most photo-only sessions take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the property’s size and complexity. If video, drone, or virtual tours are included, we may need additional time. We’ll always coordinate timing with you ahead of the shoot.

We typically deliver photos within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Videos, floor plans, and virtual tours may take slightly longer (usually 2–3 business days), depending on the package. Rush delivery is available on request.

Yes — a well-prepared property makes a huge difference. We recommend cleaning, decluttering, and staging each space as if for a showing. Turn on all lights, open blinds, and hide cords or personal items. We can provide a simple prep checklist.

HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography blends multiple exposures into one perfectly balanced image. This technique ensures that windows aren’t blown out and shadow areas aren’t lost, resulting in vibrant, true-to-life photos that look just like your eye sees them in real life.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to be present during the shoot, although it’s not required. Many agents prefer to meet us at the beginning, walk through the property, and then leave us to work. We’re also happy to lock up when finished, if arrangements are made in advance.

All delivered media includes a royalty-free license for use in your marketing — including MLS, print, websites, and social media. You may not resell or transfer the media to third parties without written permission.

If poor weather impacts outdoor shooting conditions (such as rain, strong wind, or dark skies), we’ll either reschedule at no cost or complete the interior photos and return for exteriors later. Cloudy days still work well with HDR photography — but if you require bright, sunny window views, additional editing or a return visit may incur an extra charge.

Yes! We can include your branding, contact info, logo animations, or even intro/outro sequences in your cinematic and agent-led videos. Let us know your brand guidelines and we’ll make sure your content reflects your personal style.

We always follow FAA and local regulations. If your property is near an airport or restricted airspace, we’ll handle the necessary approvals or let you know if drone footage isn’t possible. In some cases, we may use licensed stock drone footage to supplement.

Yes — we offer a limited number of free revisions on photos, videos, and floor plans. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know and we’ll make it right. Major changes or additional editing beyond the original scope may incur a small fee.

A 2D floor plan is a flat, top-down layout showing room dimensions and labels — perfect for MLS. A 3D floor plan, or “dollhouse view,” adds visual depth and helps buyers imagine how the space feels.

We’ll send you a shareable link and embed code. You can copy-paste it into your MLS, listing website, or property page. We offer both branded (with your info) and unbranded (MLS-compliant) versions, so you’re covered wherever you share it.
