DigitAll Media provides professional media production services for real estate, including but not limited to:

  • Photography (2D, drone, HDR)

  • Video production (walkthroughs, cinematic edits)

  • 360° virtual tours

  • Floor plans (2D and 3D)

  • Virtual staging

  • Property websites and marketing assets

All services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.

  • Bookings & Cancellations

Clients may book services through our website, contact form, or direct email.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee.

  • Weather-related reschedules are allowed at no charge.

  • Turnaround Time

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Photos: 24–48 hours

  • Video & virtual tours: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and volume.

  • Payments & Pricing

All pricing is listed on our website or quoted via email. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee.
We reserve the right to change pricing or service offerings at any time.

  • Ownership & Usage Rights

DigitAll Media retains full copyright ownership of all media unless a written transfer is agreed upon.
Clients receive a royalty-free license to use media for marketing, MLS, social media, and other promotional purposes related to the subject property.
Media may not be resold, repurposed, or transferred to third parties (including builders, stagers, or other agents) without prior written consent.

  • Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy, quality, and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, property inaccessibility, or technical issues

  • Lost business or revenue due to marketing performance

  • Misuse or unauthorized alteration of media by third parties

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

  • Use of Website

All content on this site (text, images, videos, logo) is owned by DigitAll Media or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
You agree not to use this site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York County.
